Every Olive Tree project follows the same logic: start with the grid, choose the right location, and build in phases — so that capacity, connectivity, and sovereignty are in place from day one.
Start with the grid
We study transmission strength, substations, and renewable generation before anything else — to find locations where a large, flexible data centre genuinely helps the system rather than overloads it. The grid case must work before we go further.
Choose the right locations
We focus on two types of sites in Spain: Existing industrial areas with infrastructure in place, and new land close to strong transmission. Every site is evaluated for power potential, fibre, and long-term EU-based suitability.
Design for powerful, flexible compute
Designed for demanding AI training workloads, our sites handle inference, cloud, and enterprise IT. We use modular capacity blocks ready for liquid and hybrid cooling systems.
Make the data centre grid friendly
Our facilities support the grid by ramping power consumption up or down as needed. We integrate with on-site energy storage and participate in grid stability programmes.
Connectivity and sovereignty by design
Planned to be carrier-neutral with multiple fibre routes. Because our base and operations are in Spain, workloads stay within a stable EU jurisdiction aligned with data protection requirements.

Develop in phases, to manage risk
Sites grow with demand. Early phases secure land and permits; later phases add power and technical space as customer requirements develop, keeping investment disciplined.
